Neom Residential Community 9 (NRC-9)

A large-scale residential community developed to support the NEOM giga-project by providing high-quality accommodation for up to 10,000 residents, including NEOM employees, contractors, and facility management staff. 

Located within the NEOM development zone, the project is delivered under a DBFOM (Design, Build, Finance, Operate, Maintain) contract by Future Cities One Company—a joint venture between Tamasuk and SATCO. 

Designed as a fully self-sustaining village, NRC 9 includes residential units, healthcare, retail, recreational, and utility facilities. With a structure that ensures service continuity and demand risk mitigation, NRC 9 plays a critical role in enabling NEOM’s rapid infrastructure development through reliable, long-term workforce housing.
