Our involvement continues well beyond construction. Tamasuk actively manages the infrastructure it develops, taking on operational responsibility under long-term concession agreements. 

Through our in-house platform, TOFM, we oversee day-to-day asset performance, coordinate service delivery, and maintain regulatory and contractual compliance. Whether it's a hospital, treatment plant, or data center, our approach ensures every asset functions as intended. Our commitment is to safeguard the quality, safety, and reliability of services that underpin daily life and economic growth.

TOFM’s role spans across a diverse portfolio of assets, providing real-world impact in critical sectors:

• Healthcare: Partnering with Al-Ghanim on Comprehensive Health Services O&M (CHS O&M) for Al Ansar Hospital.
• Social Infrastructure: Partnering with Al Majal Al Arabi on Optimal Futures Company for Contracting (OFCC) for NRC 5 and NRC 9.
• Utilities: Partnering with TAWZEA and Acciona on O&M services for Tabuk, Buraydah, and Madinah ISTP projects.  

By embedding TOFM across these projects, Tamasuk ensures that its infrastructure investments deliver lasting value, not just at launch, but throughout the full lifecycle of every asset.
