About the Project
NRC 5 is a large-scale residential community developed to support NEOM’s workforce by providing high-quality accommodation for up to 10,000 residents, including NEOM staff, contractors, and facility management personnel.
Developed by Optimal Development Company - a joint venture between Tamasuk and Al Majal - the project is being delivered under a DBFOM (Design, Build, Finance, Operate, Maintain) contract. Strategically located near NEOM’s core development zones, NRC 5 is designed as a self-sustaining village with housing units, medical and recreational facilities, retail spaces, and essential services. The project reflects Tamasuk’s commitment to enabling giga-projects through high-impact social infrastructure, built to the highest standards of functionality, comfort, and sustainability.
