NEOM Announces SAR 21 Billion for Residential Projects

NEOM announced major private sector investments to deliver residential communities for its workforce, valued at over SAR 21 billion. Among these developments are projects delivered by Tamasuk under the NEOM Residential Communities program, which include large-scale DBFOM (Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain) villages accommodating thousands of residents.

These communities reflect the strength of public-private collaboration and Tamasuk’s continued commitment to delivering sustainable infrastructure aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

Update:
Tamasuk has been awarded with the construction of Neom Residential Community (NRC) 5 and NRC 9. Both projects have reached Financial Close in April 2023 and are currently in operation.
